HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER SIZE GUIDANCE OR FIT RECOMMENDATIONS?

Yes, we do! Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
Still unsure? Just send us a note—we’re always happy to help.
Many of our customers tell us they prefer ordering one size up for an easy, cozy fit.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days, as long as items are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Right now we ship within the U.S. only.

As a small mom-and-daughter boutique, we’ve chosen to focus on serving our U.S. community with the love and care it deserves. International shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re so grateful for your interest—and we hope to reach you in the future.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, since we process them quickly. After that, or after 6:00 PM CST, we’re not able to interrupt shipping. If your order has already shipped, you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options depending on your location. Full details are available at checkout.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to update your shipping address. Once it’s processed, changes may not be possible. Send us an email right away at support@dianeandlila.com, and we’ll do our best.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of what happened

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 7–12 business days. Please allow up to 3 extra days for processing before your order goes out.

We’re a small team, and during busy seasons we pack every order with care. Thank you for your patience—it truly means the world to us.


WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. Look for the “Discount Code” box, type in your code, and click “Apply.” The discount will update your total automatically.
